Adam Walz and Micah Thomas are co-founders of Comeback Hospitality -- a boutique hotel acquisition and operating platform being built in public. Our first property, The Wesley, opens Spring 2026 in Page, AZ. This is how we prove the playbook.
Comeback Hospitality is not a lifestyle brand or a renovation show. We are operators building a boutique hotel acquisition platform -- one disciplined deal at a time.
We believe the best boutique hotels in America are underperforming assets waiting for operators with the right playbook, the right capital, and the conviction to execute. We're those operators.
Our goal is three properties in five years, each one proving and refining a system that compounds in value: credibility, deal flow, investor relationships, and platform equity.
We are actively acquiring, renovating, and operating -- not commentating. Every decision, every tradeoff, every lesson is documented in real time.
Transparency is our strategy. When people can watch how you think and execute, trust compounds faster than any traditional investor pitch.
One property is proof of concept. The long game is a repeatable system that attracts capital, deal flow, and partners who want to be part of what we're building.
Between us: 10+ STR properties, Fortune 500 leadership experience, hands-on GC work, and the relationships to close deals others can't.
Page, Arizona sits at the intersection of five National Parks and seven National Monuments -- drawing over 12 million visitors a year to Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. It is one of the most visited tourism destinations in the American Southwest.
And yet: 87% of the accommodations in Page were built before 1990. There is virtually no modern boutique lodging in the entire market. That's the opportunity.
The Wesley is our 50-key acquisition and repositioning of an underperforming motel in the heart of Page. We're renovating it from the ground up -- new guest rooms, lobby, outdoor spaces, and technology stack -- to deliver a boutique experience this market has never had. Grand opening is Spring 2026. Follow the build.

Adam spent two decades as a leadership consultant at Korn Ferry and Autodesk, coaching Fortune 500 executives on strategy and organizational performance. In 2019, he pivoted into hospitality -- building a portfolio of eight short-term and mid-term rental properties through Little Owl Properties.
Today he co-hosts the Official Boutique Hotel Secrets Podcast, runs Walz Consulting, and is laser-focused on acquiring and operating boutique hotels at the intersection of great design and underserved markets.
Micah is a licensed occupational therapist who traded hospital systems for hospitality operations -- and never looked back. He built his STR portfolio in San Antonio from scratch, serving as his own general contractor across multiple full gut renovations.
Through EZ Breezy Stays, LLC, he is currently managing due diligence, financing, and operational planning for The Wesley -- a 50-key boutique hotel acquisition that represents the Comeback Hospitality platform's first major proof point.
Each week, Adam and Micah sit down with boutique hotel operators, brokers, lenders, and industry insiders for real conversations about acquisitions, renovations, deal structures, and what it actually takes to build in this space. No fluff. No lifestyle content. Just operators talking shop.
We document the work as it happens -- renovations, deals, decisions, and lessons learned. Follow along on your platform of choice.
Whether you're an investor, operator, broker, or industry partner -- we'd love to talk. Book a time directly on our calendar.
